Please note that it is your responsibility to re-enrol and pay any fees due from yourself by the appropriate deadline.

Frequently asked questions

What are the re-enrolment deadlines?

For students enrolling on courses which start in September you must re-enrol by 3rd September 2019 (if you have no summer re-sits) or by 27th September 2019 (if you have summer re-sits).

For students enrolling on courses which start at other times of the year, different deadlines apply, these are available from your Student Administration Office.

My login does not work?

Please login using your Standard LSBU Username and password. You can create and change your password using the following website: http://www.lsbu.ac.uk/selfservice/

Can I login again later on?

Yes. You can login as many times as you like.

What happens if I lose my connection to the system?

If at any time you lose your connection to the system or wish to return to the system or payment screens, you can simply login again. If your re-enrolment has been processed the system may take you straight to the end, in this case no further action is required by you.

Can I pay my fees later?

Yes. You can login again later to pay your fees. Please make a note of the amount you need to pay when viewing your fees quote.

Apart from online, how else can I pay my fees?

The system says ‘Proceed with Payment’, but I have no fees to pay, my fees are being paid by someone else.

You have completed the process. You can close down your browser or move to another web page.

How will I know I have completed online Re-enrolment

The system will generate a confirmation email within one hour of you completing all the steps. If you have not completed everything then you will receive an email at 08:00 (BST) the next morning asking you to log back in and complete.

My list of Modules is not correct.

Please do not worry if the modules shown are not correct. You can still re-enrol and these can be corrected later. You can add comments in the box on the screen below the list and continue to re-enrol. Your Course Administrator will deal with your comments.

I have not yet had the results of my summer resits.

If you are taking summer resits you will not be able to re-enrol until you have the results of these.
